Product pages show a difference between the number of Total Products and Published Products. What may be causing this discrepancy?

SchemaPlus implements product schema to all of your products. 

If you are seeing the discrepancy through our app’s page it is because it’s just not visible on the app page (after the 50th index), which is expected behavior. In the current version of the SchemaPlus, 50 schema applied products are displayed at maximum for information purposes. But that does not mean our product schema is applied to only those 50 products. Schema is still applied to all of your products, but not all of them are displayed in the dashboard. Our team is working on the feature to display all schema applied products instead of only 50 products, on the dashboard.
